Literally ****** by Takealot

I purchased "100ml Espresso Cups" from Takealot. When they arrived, they were 40ml cups. I measured them, repackaged them in the exact same way, and returned them - in a styrofoamed box covered in more than 50 layers of bubble wrap, by the way.

Two weeks later I get an email saying they don't accept broken goods, and that if they were broken I should've returned them within 7 days (I returned them within 8 days, as per their 30-day return policy).

Again, the cups were not broken- they were in a fine condition. Now, they refuse to return the cups (in pristine condition) and they refuse to credit or refund me.

In effect, Takealot literally stole R300 from my account and are refusing to pay it back or even give me the falsely described goods that I paid for.
