Considering that Takealot is a reputable company in South Africa, I think your actions are incredibly unprofessional and rude!

I responded to all of your inquiries, but I have not heard back from you as of yet, and I am still awaiting my R250 reimbur*****t voucher to be sent to me.

I have called and emailed Takealot numerous times- the inquiry has been escalated, and I will receive the voucher, I have been informed. When can I anticipate receiving the R250 voucher?

Customer perception of the business is negatively impacted by personnel like you, and I am really unhappy with your poor service.
