Lights out for Takealot

I purchased loadshedding globes, the ***** in type on Takealot, but was sent the bayonet type. I sent it back asking for the product to be exchanged only to be told that it is now only supp**** by a different supplier at double the price that I paid, so they will not be able to send me the product I ordered (and was sent the wrong product due to incompetency) buy can only give me store credit towards the new bulbs.

Should I, as the consumer be held responsible for your incompetence and to send the correct product by now paying double for an item that you are now purchasing from a different supplier??
