Lies,terrible service,huge disappointment

Purchased a gamestick from takealot which didn't work at all,logged a return and requested a replacement, I received no feedback from them until I began to inquire, my account was then refunded. I asked why was the item not replaced and I was **** to that the item is no longer available etc yet it remains for sale on the website just at a higher cost,after calling caryn v out on her bs.i was then sent a generic terms and conditions that states even though I purchased it from takealot, they are not responsible..they have no solutions just allot of bs.im going to post the mails and replies
