Lies, tickets, calls and more lies.

I have never had such disrespect, bad service and lies from Takealot since my first purchase. I had a delivery scheduled for the 29/09/22, when the delivery got here with Owen from takealot he requested I pay R 1 064.00 while my order was for R 532.00. I had a knife, 2 umbrellas and a hair dryer on order. He did not want to leave the items as he claimed the cash was short of R 532.00. He said to me that he will sort it out and bring it back the same afternoon, to date nothing was delivered and every time I call I get told that they will sort it out instead, all I get is a ticket that indicates the call has been reviewed and the order is being sorted. Now I have spoken to 5 different people via phone and e mail but no one says what or when the order will be delivered. on the 1st ticket it stated that the delivery guy indicated that I REFUSED the order, the Friday the 30th of Sept he was here once again to deliver another parcel and I asked him him why he said I refused the order he said he never said so to anyone at the depot.
