Lies on delivery date mention

I have placed an order on Sunday January 15th 2023, it states delivery time 5 to 7 days. Itbis already 5 days gone by and i am yet to receive any correspondence, or package. In my expertise, if you state an order to be delivered in 5 to 7 days, it means 5 - 7 days. There is NO mention of working days. I have tracked the order and it is yet to be shipped. According to the tracker site, delivery should be Januaru 26 2023. If my calculations are correct, that is 11 days, not 5 to 7 days....
