LIES on delivery

Tracking my order with takelot.com they say deliver 4 December 2018. I receive an sms now telling me it will be delivered on the 5 December 2018.

Its not my fault if takealot has a back log of deliveries. Make a plan to contact the customer or change the deliver to collection so the customer can come get it them selves.

You cant change the date for delivery on the day it should be delivered. That is not looking after your customers.
