Lies of this company 😤

I’m highly disappointed In takealot Your driver lies and says they attempted a delivery and they didn’t (your customer service even confirmed) Nobody even called me and I paid for same day delivery

Your customer service is not helpful, I call them and they tell me they rescheduling the delivery for the following day Why must I get my packages the following day when I paid for same day delivery? Why is no one getting the driver to come back

I must call MINA!!!! I must call more than once for my packages and when I say I want my money back NOW I get told I need to wait for the driver to get back with the packages, the SAME PACKAGES HE **** ABOUT AND DIDNT ATTEMPT TO DELIVER????

Who will reimburse the time I spent waiting at home the whole day with no packages getting delivered !!!! I needed these on the day but no Takealot drivers and their customer service lie and don’t care about my time and money it’s okay for them to decide whatever
