Lies, Deception & Chaos

I can't believe the lies that have been communicated from TAL. I requested a collection for my phone on 21 March and they have changed all information on their system. Today I get an email that the return was logged today! I have asked for a callback last week and have not received a call. I was emailed that my phone was collected even though it was in my hand! The stupidity is actually funny. I have the courier document after the phone was collected and even that has false information on it. It is my opinion that they are buying time to extend their 21 refund policy since my phone falls outside their 6-month warranty BUT is covered by the suppliers 2-year warranty. I have all the emails and witness to the events and if I don't receive HONEST feedback I will have to take this further. There is so much more that happened inbetween and I am glad that I have all the emails to prove it. I have no desire to type the long story on here. I need my phone replaced, repaired or refunded. I have never gotten such terrible service from ANY company ever before. I am done with TAL. I used to sing their praises but this experience has taught me not to.
