Lies, deception and ineptitude

Order # ********** 1 placed on 20 Nov (estimated delivery 28 Nov) still not delivered. On 30 Nov 2017 tracking status was updated to "Parcel shipped from Takealot warehouse in transit to courier company" On 5 Nov Facebook chat agent promises delivery on 6 Dec. On 6 Dec Facebook agent reneges on promise and now has to check with the warehouse again. Is the order lost between warehouse and courier company? Does anyone there actually know what is going on. You make it seem that you changed the order status to stop me contacting you and that the order is still missing in action at the warehouse. Why can't you just come clean? Is the guy driving on a bicycle from the warehouse to the courier company why does it take a week?
