Lies

As I was sitting with a full view of my driveway I recieved a sms that my parcel could not be delivered as there was no recipient. I really don't appreciate lies. There was no phone call which would occur when the delivery guy would have done of he really could not get a hold of me.

Takealot should really look at partnering up with another courier company. Not one that is more concerned with their fast food deliveries. Nevermind that it's heat sensitive goods in their car that now has remain there until they return to depot. I'm also tired of seeing boxes thrown out while an order is looked for. There's no respect for the parcels.
