Lies and no real feed back

Takealot was suppose to deliver my patio set on the 30th of November before 5 in the afternoon. I received a message saying the next day the next day came and no delivery. I phoned takealot asking them if they were still delivering my goods the Friday. I got told she would phone me back. I told her that they can not come on the Saturday cause nobody would be at home. She never phoned me back. Saturday I went out came back and there was an unmarked van outside the complex where I stay. They said they were from Skynet to deliver a parcel for me. On the parcel it showed two parcels but I only received one parcel. I signed for the ONE parcel which was a charger. The guys from Skynet promissed me that they would deliver the goods on Monday. I trusted them cause what can go wrong. Today it is nearly a week later and no patio set. I have phoned Takealot 10 times a day everytime it is a different story. I got told that there was not stock, then I got told the stock is still at their depo, I got told it was on the truck and every time a different lie. I will never ever trust takealot and their couriers. I phoned this morning twice and still no Patio set. I have lost my money and never got my patio set.
