Lies and *********** service from takealot staff

Takealot has really dropped the ball. They are very quick to take your money but slow to deliver. I bought a laptop trolley bag on the 30th of April and it was to be delivered by Thursday the 5 of May and I could use it for my trip on Friday the 6th of May. Little did I know that I'd be paying for something that would never be delivered, worse of all I didn't get any apologies from takealot or any communication. When I was tracking my parcel it was not shipped, the day it had to be delivered now my delivery date was charged. So I called and explained that that would be unacceptable and I needed it the Thursday 5 May. I was promised it would arrive by 7pm, mind you Takealot is not even 2hours from my house. Today is Friday and I still don't have any delivery. Then I get an SMS saying it will be delivered today before 6pm when I have stated that yesterday it is unacceptable. Why should I delay my trip for terrible service. I want my money back immediately. Order10
