Lies and disgusting service from Takealot.com!

Would rate a zero star if that option was available. Delivered my order with NO takealot boxing so my kids saw their xmas presents early. Then discovered items were missing from my order, i can assume the main box / package opened and possibly ******. For a week now Takealot has been investigating, i have just found out out of the 2 missing items, 1 has just been shipped and will arrive on the 31st December! HOW do i give my son a xmas gift on the 31st of December and the other missing item is still being investigated. Takealot has actually ruined my kids xmas with their service and delivery and failed promises to resolve. Closing my account, i am disgusted with the level of service i received and lack of interest to resolve.
