Lies and deceived

If i could make it zero stars i would. I will never ever use them ever again. I ordered gifts 4 days ago. I pay for the next day delivery service. I made sure its all local (CT) and i paid. Only after payment i get an email telling me its going to be delivered the 30th only as its coming from durban. Not what i wanted. I said cancel it and i was told no, i need to wait for a sms (which i still didnt get) and then itll be 4 days before refund will happen. After numerous calls to the call centre where they promise they will get back to you. no one does. I then got told (a blatant lie) that my products arrived in ct yesterday. just to be told today it is still on the truck from durban to ct. i wont get it today. WHAT A TOTAL JOKE THIS COMPANY HAS BECOME!!!! I wont ever buy from them again. Save yourself some issues and avoid as best you can.
