Lies about non delivery status

Really disgusted with Takealot. Never had bad service before but this is not the second time delivery was an issue. Parcel scheduled for Monday delivery. Get a sms to say it's rescheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday comes and nothing. Wednesday I decided to go into my app to see what the issues were and I find, #1, I was not available (which is ******* because there are staff to sign as was always done in the past if I,m busy). Delivery # 2, I refused the parcel. What absolute ******* are the delivery guys thinking up. I suppose just to lazy to do deliveries. Wrote to customer service on Wednesday about the issue and only get an answer this morning saying, "Regrettably, this order has been canceled due to several deliveries". No appologies, Just straight forward one line e-mail.
