Lies about delivery

I place an order for my company with a next day delivery. I get a message the following day that the package has been delivered but the package is nowhere to be found. I then call them and they call the hub who calls the driver who then admits he never delivered the package. They then tell me that they cant deliver and I must come pick it up the following day. Few minutes later I get a sms that the package will be delivered before 5. I have a staff member sit and wait. At 5.45 still no package. Just after 6 I get an sms that the package is delayed. The following day by 12.30 still no package. Another call with the assistant telling me that according to the system the package was delivered the day before. More investigation to find that the system is not right. Package finally delivered at after 1pm a day late. They say they were going to reverse the R70 fee for next day delivery but 3 days later still nothing. i also asked for complaints deparment to call me as it is ******** that a driver can just flag on system that an item has been delivered and then later admits he never did. Seems they just wanting this to go away without any responsibility
