lies about delivery and NO customer service

My parcel was meant to be delivered to me on the 1st dec 2017 and this was confirmed via sms. I waited at home all day for them to arrive and when they did the parcel was not in the vehicle. the driver informed me that this was the 3rd mistake today and its only 12pm. the driver guaranteed the parcel will be delivered today. so again i waited the whole afternoon.

at 16:45 i contacted takealots delivery and the consultant was the most unhelpful person ever. couldnt give me any information what so ever. couldnt even speak to a manager. all he said is he guesses it might take another 2 hours. at 16:53 i receive an SMS "we tried to deliver your takealot order but couldn't" at 16:55 there was no answer on the phones to their call center what so ever.

I tracked the parcel and it said that at 16:40 recipient wasnt available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule. area - geduld, springs

I was home the entire day so that is the biggest load of ******* ever!!! and i dont stay in geduld.
