Lies about delivery

I ordered products and paid for next day express delivery, on the delivery I was and the delivery address the whole day waiting for the delivery. After 5pm I received a notification saying that they were unable to deliver because the recipient was available to receive the order.

This is bull**** as the driver never showed up to deliver. So you pay extra for delivery and then Takealot simply shifts the blame to you when there they fail to deliver on their part
