**** to and Poor Service

<p>So I pre ordered a PSVR from Takelot and received my confirmation email saying it would be deliver on January 31st which was launch day. Without notification they changed my delivery date for no reason despite having the stock in time. Upon querying it I was told it was because I lived in a regional area (I do not I Live in Durban). I was then told they were working towards delivery today. So i said thanks and waited, this morning I went to confirm my delivery today and after a little back and forth was told yes delivery was confirmed for today. I again thanked them and waited for contact from the couriers. Still nothing. I then finally heard from the couriers saying oh no we will deliver on February 2nd. I have been **** to the whole time so that I would not cancel my order. I am utterly appalled by this and will not be shopping with takealot again, despite shopping there for 9 years and spending 10's of thousands of rands with them. Shocking. I could have ordered from numerous other stores and received my order today had they informed me of the delay at any point. Thanks for nothing Takealot</p>
