Lie lies and more lies.

I ordered from takealot via the phone app and to my surprise is was informed that it would be someday if I would like to pick it up at a small extra fee. Once I did the payment I received a email stating that it is paid and that the delivery date is the 23rd that is 7 days later than the supposed date that I could collect the parcel. I then decided to make my way to the depo or collection or pick up office and query why and ibwas told it doesn't happen in our area ok so then the lady tells my she will call the despatch and arrand for the next day I wasn't available the next day and said I would pick it up the day after and said thank you and moved on with my day. I went to collect and then was told she followed up and and its not with them....... they check the system and it say it only been shipped today the 18th that's 3 days later and the system and the tracking on the app do not say the same time. Them I was told if I want to cancel great but that would also take 5 to 7 working says and I didn't even say I wanted to cancel. Takealot has no idea how to deal with clients and bull$h#t the customer. I most probably would have gotten my order faster from Temu.
