LIE-ALOT not delivering my goods! After paying them 15****

I am experiencing very bad service from Takealot.

I placed a R15 000.00 order on the 26th of December. I have not received my delivery.

I have phoned and escalated to your helpdesk 6 times..... I have spoken to: Jay Horn Rolanthia Julies Xolan Ntamo Tasneem Waggie Elzita Vlotman Ceyrena Floreska.

Every time I was told the delivery will happen on the same day. This happened Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Today (Wednesday). I am blatantly **** to with regards to delivery!!
