Lie about why we can't deliver

Very disappointed in their delivery. It's one thing when an item cannot be delivered because you can't be reached and you can see the missed calls om your phome. It is a different thing when you are blatantly lie that they tried to get hold of you and there is not even one call received.

I do belive this is an attempt to hide the the person delivering just did not want to deliver it that day or that they are running behind and do not want that blemish on their name.

MrD. Just a word of advice, rather apologize that you cannot deliver that lie about it. This vexes people and *****s you otherwise very good reputation.

Off cause they do not care about their reputation. This is why they are not registered on hello Peter in the first place....

I am vary disappointed...
