*****, false advertising, price changes

I have been buying from takealot for the past 5/6 years and recently had such a terrible experience that wiped out all the years of a good customer experience. I ordered and paid for a Huawei Y7p , to my surprise a Samsung was delivered... like what?? so any away i go online do the whole exchange thing, but again another surprise... they credited my account and advised that the item is out of stock...seriously??? but you continue to advertise the product??? worst part is that the price of the phone suddenly increased by almost two hundred rand!!!! like what is this? why are you punishing me for your failures????? everyone makes mistakes, but to me, Takealot cannot be trusted, in such a competitive environment , you cannot afford to be labelled as ***** and that,s exactly what i think of you.
