*****!!!!

Placed an order 3 October and delivery was scheduled for 11 October. CPT hub sent parcel to Uitenhage Hub which is apparently not the hub it should've been delivered to as i live in the PE area. Uth hub had the wrong address for delivery. I placed the order in time as it was for a birthday gift for date 12/10/22. Uth hub cannot deliver parcel to me as it needs to be returned to the hub closest to my area but Uth hub is not even 30 minutes away from my residence. Called head office, spoke to a Sean, he promised high and low that he'll make fire under their asses at uth hub to get the parcel delivered to me today before 5pm. He also mentioned that he'll be in contact with me. Sean is non existent now. Just received an email apologizing for the inconvenience, my parcel might be delayed with another 2-3 days. How **** is this service. You pay R65 for service delivery to your door, but because they haven't done their job properly, i should settle for this *******.
