<p>I placed an order 01 Dec 16. Was told online by the system prior to paying that it will be delivered by Thursday, 08 December 2016. The system always gives you the latest date of delivery and this impacts one's decision on whether to go ahead and purchase or not. This was quite a late date but I decided to go ahead with the purchase. When I couldn't track the order by the end of the weekend I sent through a query. I then sent through another query. I called through on Thursday, 08 December as I still could not track the order on the app. The lady on the line claimed there was an item that was out of stock from the outset and I was told the delivery will be by 21 December 2016!!! This was very upsetting as it was nothing but a plain simple lie! I would not have placed the order under those conditions. </p> <p> </p> <p>One only has to look at the other complaints here on Hellopeter to note that TAKEALOT is on a downhill spiral. </p>
