LG VELVET 5G PHONE FAULTY LED SCREEN

I have been getting a good service from Takealot in all my purchases, however, I am disappointed with their return/replacement policy. I purchase an LG Velvet 5G phone from them in July and noticed a screen defect in August the phone was subsequently collected for replacement and yesterday it returned as is without any explanation. the defect is not visible to the naked eye and can only be seen through polarized glasses. I was never consulted during the quality check in case they missed the defect. I hope LG is not part of this bad service on their new product. patrick
