Less than mediocre, they hide their reviews for good reason.

I no longer trust businesses that don't have reviews on their Facebook page or Google search results and don't have a telephone number easily displayed on their website. I placed an order only to see it will take 15 days to deliver on the order tracking. When complaining on Twitter I was asked to DM more details, which I did. Those details were blatantly ignored. They clearly don't care about their customers. Their service level has dropped and they don't allow public reviews of their business because it would expose how disgruntled so many of their customers are. There are MANY good South African online retailers, don't choose Takealot unless you really have to.
