Lenovo ThinkPad

I bought a lenovo ThinkPad from takealot and within a year it was given me problems and charging. I had it returned because it was still under warranty and upon collection the mouse was left behind. They came and collected the mouse and for 3 weeks they have been telling me that they are awaiting missing accessories. I call them on a daily basis and I'm being told that they are awaiting footage from the warehouse and the matter has been escalated. I believe that them misplacing those missing accessories is not my problem. They are the worst when it comes to service!!!
