Left pair of baby shoes

I purchased a pair of pop candy baby girl sneakers for R129, I paid the delivery fee of R60. When the delivery came there were left pair in the box. I am still waiting on the couriers to collect and still waiting on my refund of R189. I am very disappointed in takealot and will surely delete the app.
