Left feeling frustrated and defeated

TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH TAKELOT IS TERRIBLE. I have had terrible service after being sent the incorrect item. I wanted the correct item sent and was told it was not on their system. However I found the item and am still waiting to hear back from them. TERRIBLE. I have been a big Takelot fan for such a long time but this experience is enough to put me off Takelot all together. Good luck getting them to answer phone calls, Facebook and Instagram messages, and even emails. I even went to two of their offices and still had no luck!
