SA’s leading online retailer, seriously?? Can’t even fulfil a simple order and botched up the return of an incorrectly delivered item TWICE!! Now get told it was refused as used - this is a **** to be reported to the Ombudsman for investigation on the basis of swindling clients, malpractice and contravention of Consumer Rights and Act. We ordered drinking tumblers and got delivered a baby chair, I mean really?? And it’s been returned twice with multiples emails back and forth providing order numbers and trying to resolve this simple transaction. Now it’s time for action swing as Takealot.com’s actions are in disrepute.
