LAZY FEMALE DELIVERY PERSONNEL

Since when do the female delivery persons of Takealot NOT get out of their cars for a delivery?? I received a phone call to instruct me to come and collect my parcel at the car. When I told her she is welcome to deliver my parcel inside at reception (delivery was at my place of work) the attitude I received was next level. This is also not the first time it's happened; a lot of my colleagues are experiencing the same! Does this then not count as a collection rather and not a delivery??
