LAZY DELIVERY COMPANIES
Hi I never received my parcel because these fools gave my parcel to another address .The lady came to our house now to give it to me.What if she wasnt honest and didn't give it to me???<br> <br> I DO NOT KNOW THESE PEOPLE YET THE OTHER COURIER COMPANIES (FEDEX/UTI)ARE TOO DAM LAZY TO DO THEIR JOBS THEY KEEP PUSHING PARCELS ONTO 'NEIGHBOURS' TO HOLD FOR ME!!!<br> <br> I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANY SUCH DELIVERY TO BE GIVEN TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS.<br> <br> IF YOU WANT TO KEEP MY BUSINESS YOU WILL IN FUTURE ENSURE THAT O-N-L-Y MR DELIVERY DELIVERS MY PARCELS.<br>

At no time should your parcel be delivered to anyone other than you, unless you've given your express permission for us to do so. We appreciate you taking our complaints team's call earlier and allowing them to address this matter. As discussed they will raise this with our courier management team to address with the relevant branch and will revert back with feedback as soon as possible.
