Law book Delivery

Ordered a law book on the 25th of July 2019. On the 26th, Takealot rescheduled my delivery for the 29th as the address I had put there were no people however there were people at the business address I give and all of my deliveries arrive at the address I used. The delivery was to be before 15:00 today (29th) however the book has still not arrived which is a major inconvenience.
