Laughable customer experience

Ordered a pair of shoes and received the wrong size. I messaged the returns department and explained I am a UK size 9 which is one of the sizes one can select when buying the shoes. There is no US size available. I took pictures of the label to show them, that they sent me a US 9 (UK 8). I was quite thorough in my explanation. This happened 4 times, delivered the same size shoe. Eventually, I cancel my order. This took four weeks. Last week I ordered and owns that were in stock. After the payment was done, one of the items all of a sudden was it of stock so I requested them to split the item out of stock, very clearly indicated which item. They then split the wrong item. I messaged them to ask to please correct the split. Their reasons was, they can't, surety for the inconvenience. This is the reason why I welcome Amazon to give it a go. Can't be worse than take alot.
