Late/no delivery

I placed my order on the 24th of July 2022. I have 3 items from Jhb and one from CPT. I understand that all things will arrive together so i have to wait for the item from CPT. On the app it shows there is stock of all items. By the 28th it still showed that items has not been shipped as yet but my DELIVERY date is for the 29th of July 2022. So i phoned on the 28th of July and the lady said she will follow up and come back to me. By the 29th, nothing changed and i still didn't get feedback so i phoned again. A different lady helped me and said they are still waiting for the item from CPT. I am sooo irritated as i ordered something for a gift for a babyshower today and now i still have nothing. It has been 6 days tomorrow a week and i still have nothing, no one seems to care to speed up the process as ALL items shows there is stock.

Highly disappointed, i normally love takealot but this is one experience that shows your client centricity is not up to standard.
