Late shipment and delivery

I have been with takealot for years now but what I am experiencing this week is the worst. I opted to place an order on Monday 26th August 2024 and the delivery was supposed to be on the 29th August 2024 but it still hasn't been delivered. Tried to be in contact with them but they not giving me straight answers. Seems like they just manipulating their system to make me believe that my product has been shipped
