Late pre-order delivery with no communication

Pre-ordered a game with them that was scheduled to be delivered by the Friday the 8th. I cleared my schedule so that I could play over the weekend. Then they decide, a day before it should have been delivered, to change the delivery date to Monday the 11th on their site, without informing me in any way, despite the fact that it clearly states on the site that they will inform customers of any late deliveries.

I was willing to let this go however, but now, come Monday the 11th, and it still hasn't been delivered. Delivery date on the site is still slated for today and I have no way of tracking my delivery since apparently it hasn't even been shipped yet. I've also heard no communication from them and they haven't rep**** to my feedback ticket on their site.

While they tend to be fine with their usual deliveries, I recommend that everyone avoid pre-ordering from them
