Late orders and horrible service.

I have ordered from takealot a few times and everytime there is an issue. The last time I ordered a screen protector, it arrived cracked. I also ordered a taser and it arrived faulty. I returned both items. Recently I ordered a shirt, after nearly two weeks my order was canceled. I reordered the shirt but when it arrived it was the wrong shirt. I understand this is the manufacturers fault, however when I returned the product I asked for a replacement and instead I am getting a refund this wouldn't be an issue expect takealot does not refund you for delivery. I also requested priority delivery and I will now have to wait before doing anything further. When mistakes are made they are simply not corrected.
