Late order. No delivery

I have a order that should have come today, but never arrived. The once on the time online shop has just become really really bad. Very dissapointed. The lady (Kirsty)helped me quite well when i called in. But not her fault. Its management. They are the folks that need to see if everything runs smooth. Takealot needs to step up their game. Iam very dissapointed, but then again they know they are the monopoly here.
