Late / no delivery

i order an item on the daily deals Order Number: ********** 8, this was supposed to be delivered on the 11 June, the delivery was not made and none has called to make arrangements to deliver, i have purchased a lot of things with takealot.com and i have had no problems this is a first for me. i think takealot is using the wrong courier( Fast and Furious ) , coz i looked up the reviews on that courier they are using and there is nothing good about it , they just make people furious fast.
