Late, drunk deliveries and lost packages.

The following has happened 3 times: * I order a package and pay R95 for next day delivery * I receive an SMS the next day saying that the package will be delivered between 08h00 and 17h00 (at my place of work) * 17h00 comes and goes and I receive a call from the driver, promising to deliver the package, "Can you please send me the new address" * I receive the package well into the night, around 22h00 from a driver who I'm pretty sure is very drunk.

Besides this epic display of unprofessional behaviour and disregard for the client, the website says that a package I ordered last week (also next day delivery) Wednesday, was apparently delivered on Monday. I have not received the package, It is the next Wednesday and the package has somehow vanished off of the face of the earth. This package totalled R 583, and where there usually would say "signed by Piet Pompies" on the order history, it has just been left blank.
