Late delivery without communication

I’ve ordered twice from Takealot, once directly from them and once from Superbalist. On both occasions they have said they tried to deliver but failed. Since I work from home, on both occasions I can state that they did not arrive nor make any attempt to contact me. I am really disappointed in Takealot’s delivery service. As they are an online store, one would think this is important to them. I wouldn’t use them if I was expecting to get something delivered by a certain date.
