Late delivery poor feedback

I have ordered something on 28th of Nov 2017 and they said it will be delivered by the 1st of December 2017 on that day they delayed my order and said it will be delivered on the 4th of December. The day came and went and no delivery was done, when you call the call centre none of them can and will assist you they keep on saying they will come back to you. When I logged a complaint to them and told them there was another person at the same company as I work that got their order on the 4th of December I was told it depends when the order is placed which I then revert back to them that this person only ordered on the 1st of December but got first preferences for delivery the 4th of December 2017. Now I'm only being ignored and not getting any feedback from them
