Late delivery on a 3 month Pre-Order

I pre-ordered a R1700 package from takealot on 16 August 2015 for confirmed delivery 10 November 2015. <br> I was told today after having to make numerous calls, that my package would only be delivered tomorrow. My anger is not only that the expensive package that I ordered 3 months on advance will not be delivered as scheduled, but I was not informed and currently the website still says that I will get the package today 10 November. What is the point of pre-ordering months in advance, if Takealot cannot get the order fulfilled on the date specified. I have subsequently spoken to Luciano, who apologized profusely, and gave me a voucher. When it comes to pre-orders and the price paid in advance late delivery is unacceptable and that I had to spend the day listening to lies regarding delivery is unprofessional. All I can say is good luck for any Christmas orders.<br> Now I have to explain to people I made commitments to that Takealot has broken promises to me.
