late delivery! keeps rescheduling!!!

i placed an order last week Saturday, 27 February 2021. My delivery was scheduled for yesterday, 4 March 2021. According to the tracking on my app it was out for delivery at 07:40am from Waterfront(Cape Town). The delivery guy arrives at my work for delivery at 15:09pm. Bear in mind i work in the Cape Town CBD area, which is merely 5min away from Waterfront. I do consider he might have had many deliveries in town, however, it is still extremely ridiculous that i didn't receive my delivery. I need to mention that the delivery called me via whatsapp, of which i informed him i work on rotation basis and until 1pm today. He acknowledged what i said. I call him this morning from to the same number, of which he informs me that he is in Camps Bay today and someone else is delivering. Right now it is headed for 1pm and about to leave for work. Now i have to wait yet again for my delivery, and another weekend passing by,and it is a gift someone. the service is pathetic. I highly unlikely will use this online company again.
