Late Delivery/Dumb driver

I placed an order, order *** and stated clearly that it must be delivered before 13h00, but the dumb driver arrived at 13h35 on my way home, He seems shocked that He was suppose to deliver before 13h00. Does Mr Delivery/Takealot drivers read and understand the instructions? Today on your system it says the parcel was delivered at 12h38, which is a lie. I wonder why must I keep doing business with such *********** seller
