Late Delivery = Disappointing Kids Birthday

Late Delivery so in turn my daughter did not receive her birthday gifts. (She is only 7 years old - poor child, my heart broke for her) and Takealot didn't even try to put in the effort for an on time delivery after numerous calls to make sure i will receive the parcel in time. I was just told they'll have to deliver whenever the driver can get to me.
