Late delivery

I am very dissappointed with the service I am recieving from take a lot.The app does not even have an option to assist.I odered on the 23rd of October ,my order has not arrived.Had to skip work today to wait for it it is the second time as the samething happend yesterday.Today the driver arrives with only one parcel whereas I paid for 2.What is that?No communication what so ever from take a lot.I am ****ed....The emails and complains we send from the app might be getting ignored and no one picks up their calls.
